Next week, the Online Educa Berlin is happening in Berlin. OEB 2012's programme features over 400 speakers from more than 40 countries and on behave of this project we are delivering a pre-conference workshop and three presentations.
Workshop Guidelines for the Use of OpenCourseWare for Virtual Mobility
The objective of this workshop is to present and discuss with the participants a first version of guidelines for the successful implementation and use of OCW for virtual mobility. Scenarios - narratives describing what people do when engaged in particular activities - have been the baseline for defining these guidelines. Successful scenarios, existing and new, were previously defined for the implementation of OCW in order to provide a clear understanding of the different OCW uses to achieve virtual mobility between HEI in the EU. These scenarios are based on a previous analysis of existing research and best practices and a brainstorming session with experts in the field.
Edmundo Tovar is the host of the workshop and Willem and Sophie will participate. We got the notice from the organisation that our workshop has reached the maximum number of 30 participants.
