Last week Edmundo Tovar and I were present at the EFQUEL Innovation Forum in Granada. EFQUEL is a membership organisation which is based in Brussels. It is a network with over 100 members from Europe and beyond. It is their aim to share experiences on how e-Learning can be used to strengthen individual, organisational, local and regional development, digital and learning literacy, and promote social cohesion and personal development.
Yearly they organise this conference. This year the theme of the conference is "Learning for Open Innovation".
